Being a person who is not willing to compromise on his honesty is one of the most difficult tasks to achieve in life. Life tempts you in different ways to go astray and deviate from the path of honesty and adopt the low-hanging fruit of dishonesty and temptation. It is easy to take advantage of someone’s trust and do things for your own benefit. But in the end, time and again life experiences have shown and proven that honesty pays – honesty is the best policy as they say. An honest person commands respect; he does not have to ask for it. People look upto such a person because they also realize that this person has achieved something which is not only difficult but next to impossible because although words may make it sound easy, being honest is easier said than done.
